Private 501-1500
Lieutenant in Training 1501-2500
2nd Lieutenant 2501 - 3500
1st Lieutenant 3501 - 4500
Sergant in Traning 4501 - 5500
2nd Sergant 5501 - 7500
1st Sergant 7501 - 9500
Master Sergant 9501 - 12000
Captain 12001 - 15000
Lieutenant Commander 15001 - 20000
Commander 20001 - 30000
Commodore 30001 - 50000
Admiral 50001 - 70000
Grand Admiral 70001 - 80000
Officer 80001- 90000
Senior Officer 90001 - 150000
Cheif of Staff 150000+

I would suggest something along these lines

Newbie 1 - 500
Cadet 501 1000
Private 1001 - 2000
2nd Lieutenant 2001 - 3000
1st Lieutenant 3001 - 4500
Sergant 4501 - 6500
1st Sergant 6501 - 9500
Master Sergant 9501 - 12500
Captain 12501 - 16000
Lieutenant Commander 16001 - 20000
Commander 20001 - 30000
Commodore 30001 - 50000
Admiral 50001 -100000
Grand Admiral 100001 - 150000
Officer 150001- 250000
Senior Officer 250001 - 300000
Cheif of Staff 300001+

I cut a few ranks, added newbie, and increassed the highest points to attain rank.
